With the new system, volume planning will include historical data as well as local demand and special promotions. Vehicle allocation allows for the equitable distribution of vehicles to dealers, which is determined by several factors, including earned share, percentage of sales, sales objectives, and local trends. Plaza Motors' dealers now have real time access to inventory to better meet the demands of their market. |
